No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.
We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

Preparation
Wear whatever is comfortable. For hiking, it is recommended to have a sturdy pair of broken-in trail shoes, boots, or sneakers. It is preferable to dress in layers and wear clothing that will wick away perspiration and keep you dry and comfortable.
Not much, remember our trips are mostly all inclusive.
For city sightseeing, don’t forget your camera.
For hiking we do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season (raincoat no matter what) and a day pack to carry extra snacks, sandwiches and water. And most importantly: your camera!
Reservation
If you wish to cancel the tour, you should first consider rescheduling the tour, which is offered for free, at the company’s discretion. The tour can be postponed until the end of the next calendar year.
If postponing is not an option, and you need to cancel the tour, these are our terms: at least 14 days before the tour start date, you are entitled to a 80% refund (we retain 20% to cover admin costs). If you cancel 13-7 days before the tour start date we will offer you a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the tour date. No refunds will be given for cancelations made within 24 hours of a tour. All cancellations are to be discussed via email.
Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. They allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.
